Project (02-04) The Great Speedwell Caper

I was asked to create a logo and package design for an action figure to be used in a short film. This figure is based on a comic character in the film and is highly sought after by young kids. I've included my preliminary logo designs as well as the final logo and the flat package design. Photos of the actual package and t-shirts that were made are coming later as soon as they are photographed.

After researching the product and hand sketching ideas, preliminary logos were digitally created. Here are a few samples:

After working with the client, 2 final versions of the logo were selected.

         

Package Design

After the logo was completed and a model of the figured studied, I developed the packaging. Here are the flat cut-outs for the front panel and back side of the package.
