All you can do is find a way to esitmate the ture odds of an outcome occuring and compare it to the odds the bookies are offering. Most sports bettors will just look at the odds and if they like the size of the price go for it. You must think about the true odds of the event in relation to the odds on offer if you are going to bet profitably on sports.
